Music License & Use Policy

The Calibrated Music Library grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream music content through the platform for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription, institutional, or platform access agreement.

This license does not include:

• The right to download, copy, or reproduce any audio content
• The right to publicly perform or display music content outside of the platform
• The right to synchronize music content with video, film, advertising, or other media
• The right to remix, sample, adapt, or create derivative works based on any music content
• The right to use music content for commercial purposes without a separate written licensing agreement

Organizations seeking to use Calibrated Music Library content in institutional, commercial, or programmatic contexts — including recovery programs, law enforcement agencies, HBCUs, corporate wellness programs, therapeutic settings, events, and media productions — must execute a separate licensing agreement with Calibrated Resilience® Holdings prior to use.

Institutional licensing inquiries may be directed to the Company through the official channels listed at calibratedresilience.com. Available licensing categories include:

• Program Licensing: Use of music content within residential, outpatient, or community-based wellness or recovery programs
• Facilitated Group Use: Streaming rights for use in facilitated group sessions, workshops, or training environments
• Corporate Wellness Licensing: Platform access and content use within corporate wellness programs or employee assistance programs
• Sync Licensing: Use of music in video, documentary, media, or advertising productions
• Event and Performance Licensing: Public performance rights for live events, conferences, and institutional gatherings

Music by Aurora Stronghold and Elias Ironside is distributed on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music through StormForged Music Publishing. Listening to catalog music on those platforms is governed by the respective platform's terms of service and does not confer any rights beyond those granted by the applicable streaming platform.

The Calibrated Music Library platform provides curated access, emotional state mapping, and prescription functionality beyond what standard streaming platforms offer. Access to these features is governed by these Terms and any applicable platform access agreement.

The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from Calibrated Resilience® Holdings:

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any music content, in whole or in part
• Use of music content in any commercial product, service, or media production
• Use of music content in political campaigns, advertising, or promotional materials
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice associated with music content
• Using the name, likeness, or brand of Aurora Stronghold, Elias Ironside, StormForged Music Publishing, or Calibrated Resilience® Holdings in any context implying endorsement without written approval

If you believe that content available through the Calibrated Music Library infringes your copyright, please submit a notice of claimed infringement to Calibrated Resilience® Holdings in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it
• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

The Company actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of music content or platform materials may result in termination of platform access, civil litigation, or referral to law enforcement as appropriate.
